Miss Lucy : I like the look. I believe it’s a nice outfit, I just believe the references weren’t very coherent between the very “indigenous” makeup and the more patriotic dress. Or maybe we’re you trying to make us think? Only time will tell. The tip I’d like to give you is to work a little more on your mug now. I want it to be more theatric.

Queen Diva : I wish I could see more of drag “diva” in your look. As it is, I feel it’s more Ashley going to the mall. One of the rules of drag is never wear denim pants. Ever. Or if you have to... make them interesting. It’s a nice first try, but from now on I want you to think less “pretty” and more “gorgeous”. I want to see the details on your face and the personality behind it. More volume. More drama.

S+ : I’d like to know the history behind your name. With that being said, I can see a pro came into the competition. I love everything about this look. It’s drag, it’s fresh while still not pretending to invent the wheel. I love the hair and the construction of the dress is nice even if it’s a bodysuit. Only thing is I’d like more with your mug as well. I am honestly extremely curious to see where you’re going from here. Keep it up.

T’Kay Runwae : I like tour look. The hair is great. The mud is great. Absolutely stunning. And I also love the fact the look ain’t too complicated because it makes for a very great entrance moment. The selling moment for me is the fact you took the very simple concept of the look and made it captivating just by adding that very extra hat. It’s like you’re trying to tell us you got shit up your sleeve, but you’re not showing it all off now, you’re edging us. And I love it.

Él : Wow. You literally took the theme and ran with it didn’t you? This is just great. I love this very comic feel to this look and the fact you chose a big jacket and you still managed to give us body ody ody. I want to know who you are, where are you going and... wtf is that tv on your head. I feel like your character is leaving for a travel she’s never going back home from. And I want to go to that journey with you. Please let me.

Meringue Custard : I am amazed. I absolutely LOVE this look. It’s high fashion, it’s weird, it’s everything I want. I love the mask and I love you’re gonna be a mask queen since we never had one before. I actually really enjoy the construction di your look as a whole and I can’t wait what else can you bring. Just one tip tho : I’d like you to be more careful about details. The eyes on your mask are very cartoonish and you have no hands. I’d like to see you be more polish with that. But honestly, can’t wait to have more from you.

Clitney Convertible : Overall your look is nice. It’s very simple tho. I wish you put something to make it more exciting somehow. Maybe a cape or a skirt of some sort. As of now you look like a stripper, which I am totally ok with, but you need to take it to the extreme, because this is a drag competition. We want the fantasy, but we want a supersized one. Also : WHERE ARE RHE STARS? Try and wow us, not just give us something we’ve already seen. Take risks. Go big. I know you have it in you.

Mustard “Cheeky Spice” Monroe’s Critiques:

Miss Lucy: This look is classic Stars and Stripes. I like the colour palette of Red,White and Blue. The Blue makeup and Red lip is a great touch. My biggest criticism is 1) The hands are too big. I’d suggest looking for a hand scaler on IMVU (go to Misc for women and type “60% hand scaler). When I found that it helped me a lot. 2) This look is good, but it’s not one to really WOW us. Make sure you don’t always come out in a dress, Bianca Del Rio may of gotten away with it but in this competition it will not. Try change the silhouette.

Queen Diva: This look, to put it simply, is quite pedestrian. On IMVU look up “stars” and “stripes” and see what pops out to you. Try come up with a concept before searching, and find what you think can help you out. Jeans and a basic top won’t cut it here.

S+: S+, this is one of my favourite looks. The hair is great, the MUG is great, the boots and outfit is great. My biggest criticism is try go out of the box. I assume you are a photoshop queen. Photoshop is great because you have less restrictions. Stand out. Your runway is good but it can fade into the background.

T’Kay Runwae: I am very impressed with this runway. Other IMVU queens should look at what you’re doing and take notes. You look like a model and that oversized hat really ties in the look together. However, if that hat was not there this look would be very bland and predictable. You can make beautiful runways but can you make show-stopping gag worthy runways? That’s for you to show us.

Él: This look is my favourite. Congratulations, you are the “frontrunner” in my eyes. But can you hold onto that title with the challenges and future runways? Also, I see some stars, but no stripes (besides the gun belt). Make sure you remember the theme of the runway. Very important.

Meringue Custard: You are a good friend of mine and as much as I’d love to crown you, I am a judge with a job to do. This runway theme is campy and fun and definitely meets the criteria, and one of my personal favourites. But can you hold up in the challenges and future runways? You are a drawing queen meaning the world is your oyster. Wow me. Impress me as much as you just did with this look.

Clitney Convertible: My dear drag daughter. I need you to read what I am about to say very carefully. I love you dearly but I am still a judge. This overall look is bland. This WILL be your worst look because this is the first ever runway you have created. You have black and white stripes and glitter stars but it isn’t cohesive, meaning the look doesn’t all match or feel at place. Look at the runway theme, think of a concept, and try execute it. Type up words on IMVU like “drag” “model” “fashion” “avant garde”. This will be a lifesaver because a small top and skirt isn’t going to make you a winner in this competition. Look at other queens or past Talian Drag Race IMVU runways for inspiration (but no copying). Stand out, but in a good way. Also slay this challenge and make me laugh. Goodluck x

Miss Lucy this dress does it for me! The bust is simple and the dress drapes your body in such a lovely way, and those SLEEVES??? Yes. This silhouette is definitely coming back into fashion in my eyes and you definitely had a moment on this stage.

I like the makeup and the hair but as separate pieces because it feels to me that they are going to different parties. This hair is elegant while the makeup is way more wild party vibes. I do think you can serve either way, I just need all the pieces to be in harmony.

Those shoes could penetrate my throat and I'd say THANK YOU! And this top is also gorgina, I wanna steal that fabric and make myself a tribal body suite with titty cut outs. It's my brand.

The jeans (although sexy and well made) turns this into a pedestrian look. Perfect for Top Model or just a hot girl walking down the street, but a drag queen it's not gonna attract fans to buy a ticket to see your show. If you're gonna wear jeans, you gotta present an element that makes a fashion statement that goes beyond discounted levi's.

I'd like to upgrade my subscription to S+ because darling this outfit is hot. I'm a sucker for these belts and I know Michelle Visage hates bathing suits but I still love them, I love showing off my body, so if you got it, flaunt it. You did that!

The colors scheme doesn't quite hit well with me. The boots look so dark that they're almost brown and I think the black shadow you added also tricks the eyes into see the colors as darker as they are. So this shade of red doesn't quite match the design you created. Pay attention to the color palette you choose from top to bottom, it matters.

My one critic is that this outfit feels more on the pedestrian side than drag. If you were a celebrity guest judge, I'd expect an outfit like this but honey you at you, you have the face of a goddess, come out here and show us your power. I know you have it in you.

I don't the gun adds anything to this look but I do agree that orange needed to be in the mid section. I would have instead ditched the gun and made the stars have an orange outline. But I do like the rose, so maybe attach the rose onto the jacket lapel? Or hold it like you're smelling it? Either way added orange to the jacket instead of adding an object I think is a cleaner way to deliver the look.

My one main critique is color. I want more. Make it vibrant, make it rich, part of what makes camp so great is that the colors are undeniably in your face. So choosing a color scheme like red and yellow should really be intentional and smack my face like a mcdonalds ad. Smack me next meringue, I have a safe word and everything, I love it

The hair is so rad, it serves me that late 90s early 2000s look and I'm here for it. This pose is hilarious and unexpected so kudos for thinking outside of the box. And I love a generous titty, those watermelons really water my melons.

This outfit needs more. I like the direction it wants to go, but this feels bare. Even the lace on your leg feels too simple. To improve this outfit I actually would have kept the two piece as it is, I liked those, but then I would added a LOT of belt detailing and maybe thigh highs to give off a fuller fantasy. I see your aesthetic, and I trust your taste level, so trust yourself and push it farther next time.

I’ll start by saying I do like the dress.  The shape and the American flag print definitely work for the category.  You lose me with the details though.  As an IMVU queen, you have access to so many tools that can perfect the look.  Try a hand sizer next time - your hands look like baseball gloves.  Additionally, you could’ve used a better more high quality skin with better makeup for sure (it’s pretty pixilated).  I hate the hair and makeup together, you look like if Reba McIntyre went edgy.  My main criticism is pay close attention to detail!

Girl where are the Stars and Stripes?  If this was a top model go-see yes, you look cute.  But this is not even slightly on category; if you go against the themes, don’t expect to stick around long.  If I was being generous I suppose the bodysuit could fit the brief of stripes - however, it is very pedestrian.  Drag is all about exaggeration and going over the top.  The bigger the better.

I’m obsessed.  70s retro in the best way; I love the technicolor red white and blue, the straps give you an interesting shape while still keeping things fashion and the hair is gorgeous and doesn’t distract at all.  No negatives about the makeup either.  My only criticism is that I would’ve liked to have seen just a touch more - a hair accessory, a shoulder piece, a cape, just a slight elevation to this already gorgeous look.

To me, this is a gaudy Housewives attempt at a Fourth of July Instagram post.  While I live for the concept and the hat, the unfortunate reality is the prints simply do not match.  Your colors clash (a major pet peeve of mine) in that your whites don’t match, your reds dont match, and your blues DONT match.  This look would’ve been greatly elevated had you matched the colors!  Still a super cute concept though.

I have nothing negative to say about this.  It’s video killed the radio star, 80s futurism.  The proportions and shapes the coat makes with the hair and the TV mask are great and keep me interested.  Actually, my one main criticism is that the bottom half is very bland and that is ALMOST unneccessary just because of how interesting the top half is.  I’m excited to see what you do next.

I love this so much!  It gives me an American German supervillain and fashionably, it’s great.  Your lines are clean, the color combo works and the shape is interesting.  I think my primary advice to you would be to work with a silhouette to ensure your sketched shapes remain human (that issue has happened with certain designers in the past).  Otherwise, well done!

:/ is how I feel about this look.  While I think the pattern is interesting, the pose is unflattering to the garment and you didn’t really fully commit to having the stripes (houndstooth is not a stripe, sorry).  I do live for the hair choice and I appreciate that you’re giving more of a subtle pop-star look; unfortunately, if you’re going for a less-is-more approach you need to be certain that the “less” is exactly on theme and fills the brief.
