The Cornucopia will work like this.

I will post the bloodbath thread with the list of items available to grab.There is a grace period until all items and weapons are taken. During this period you may flee the cornucopia as early as you'd like by posting *flees* or something similar. No one may be attacked before the grace period is over and anyone left afterwards is stuck in a free for all.

Items will have a certain wait period during which you may contest the claim for these items. As said in the gameplay guide, anyone contesting the claim for such an item will be put in a poll to decide who gets it. This poll will last 5 minutes. During the poll period those involved may continue grabbing items but only after waiting the described waiting period for the item they have attempted to grab.

After fleeing, I will send you directions for where you may choose to go in the arena.

Actually, I'm scrapping the poll. It has too little consequences and is too over powered for those with better popularity.

Contesting is no longer prevalent, but you must still wait the period to grab more items.
