The Met Gala is always a lot of fun. It's cool to see the unique outfits that people wear to the events! I've chosen a suit that shows off my bright and fun personality! This also shows off my burning desire to do well in this competition!

I'm not like hugely blessed on my measurements so I decided to go with this to hug my upper half more. What's more mysterious than posing in a cave?

For my look this evening, i decided to go a different route. My shot is more of a "depressed model" look. I think a lot of people don't give models enough credit. What we do is very stressful & can be overwhelming. I think this photo ties into a lot of things going on in todays world. We're dealing with a pandemic, police brutality, etc. This photo to me is a nod to mental illness, nodding to how quick depression can just swoop in & stop you in your tracks. I'm getting ready to go out to the met gala & boom, this happens. I like to always think out of the box & submit meaningful shots.

The Met Gala is filled with phenomenal and amazing looks! But there’s also the occasional boring str*ight male in a tuxedo/suit (I’m looking at 𝙮𝙤𝙪, shawn mendes. The theme is camp and you wear a suit with little dots on the edges??? Flop. Anyways. https://tinyurl.com/ybu8twd5 ) So, I wanted to take that tuxedo/suit and bring it some personality and, like, actual uniqueness. To, like, revamp it. I went for a prints and patterns theme and a monochromatic theme because why not?

the reason i was so inspired by this look was because i loved how tyler the creator took the bellboy role, commonly regarded as an overtly-masculine one, and made it fashion and camp! so for this week i'm giving you bellboy realness. you'll wanna check in, but you'll never check out.
