Hello Top 7! So today we are here to have your ninth photoshoot. Earlier for your challenge we talked about 7 Deadly Sins and in contrary with that is the heavenly virtues which will be the theme for you this week.
So basically The Seven Heavenly Virtues is a classic interpretation of seven basic concepts that will lead your soul to glory. They differ somewhat from the three theological virtues (love, hope, faith) and the four cardinal virtues (prudence, justice, temperance and fortitude) combined.
For your shoot today, you will embody those virtues, which Kit had picked for you. Explanation are necessary.
Arthur - ABSTINENCE (Temperance, Humanity; Restraint, practicing self-control,and deferred gratification.)
Augusta - HUMILITY (Humility is not thinking less of yourself, it is thinking of yourself less. It is a spirit of self-examination; a hermeneutic of suspicion toward yourself and charity toward others.)
Jordan - PATIENCE (Forgiveness; Forbearance reflecting moderation. Building a sense of peaceful stability and harmony rather than conflict, hostility, and antagonism; resolving issues and arguments respectfully, as opposed to resorting to anger and fighting.)
Kit - CHASTITY (Purity; Discretion of sexual conduct according to one's state in life.)
Romee - KINDNESS (Compassion and empathy)
Seongwoo - DILIGENCE (Persistence, Effort, Ethics; A zealous and careful nature in one's actions and work; decisive work ethic, and perseverance. Budgeting one's time; monitoring one's own activities to guard against laziness.)
In this photoshoot, I wanted to show a complete an different part of me from the challenge. My photo for this week, it’s not a sexualized photo, and the body is not showed. There’s a kind of pearl coming out of my mouth that means no contact with other people like kissing on their lips.
Engaging in self-reflection and self-examination is a painful task, which clearly shows on my face. In this photo, I'm reflecting on my past wrongdoings and selfish acts - covering up part of my face in shame during this reflection. However, this "spirit of self examination" has spurred me to put others first going forward and not think of myself as often - which I have done a lot in this competition. I have been humbled by this competition.
The practice of abstaining from something : the practice of not doing or having something that is wanted or enjoyable. Abstinence is truly wanted something but having the self control to substain from it. I feel in this shot Arthur has it written all over his face that he is truly itching for something but has the self control to substain from it.
Diligence, in ethics, is the human virtue of following an objective of life, conquest or any kind of principle by conventional means until reaching the end of the goal.
Diligence is also an acquired skill that combines creative persistence, intelligent control, planned and executed honestly and without delays, with competence and control, in order to reach a pure level and at the highest level of excellence. [Proverbs]
And this is what i'm showing in my photoshot: reaching a pure level and at the highest level of excellence.
Always in this competition i tried to be the best Seongwoo, some people hate me, others, love me, but i'll be always the Seongwoo who tried and sometimes had excellence as results.
With the last contestants i became the most disrespected one, but i will show i can do everything with honor and always in time (never exceeded the time limit).

I chose this picture because I felt like it represents kindness at it's best. It has very soft tones that match with the definition of the word. I also think the dress and the roses add a bit of a gentle touch to make this picture softer in terms of linking up with compassion/empathy. I think, compared to everyone else, my picture is more straight-forward and needs less of an explanation to explain my pictures, as the theme is pretty evident. I am serving angelic beauty realness.
Liberality (charity, will, benevolence and sacrifice)
I think that this photo shows my liberality because I am holding some clothes and flowers that I am going to give away to charity in good will. I am sacrificing my own property for the good. I am happy because the homeless will be able to enjoy some nice belongings from me which shows a great deal of benevolence.
Patience- my photo is inspired by a famous singer just about to go on to dates! Having enough of being patient but still showing that I am patient by keeping it stylish! Showing that patience is hard but you have to be so to get great things!
