And then order the blue numbers by order of the alphabet.

A Sudoku Puzzle is a 9x9 number puzzle. Each row and column must contain the numbers 1-9 only once. The same rule applies for the quadrants that separate the puzzle. Here is an example:

You will see some of the squares are yellow and some are blue. When you solve the puzzle, you will have values in those colored squares. You have to add up all the yellow ones, and also translate the blue ones using the method explained.
