Ok I will explain the challenge and then we can get started

In front of us are 16 flags, labelled #1-16.

One person from each tribe will have one minute to try and collect as many flags as possible.  You do this by posting *grabs flag #1*, and once someone has grabbed that flag it means the other person trying to grab the flags will not be able to grab that flag.  Then after a minute the total number of flags each person managed to get will be added up and added to their tribes total flags. 

Then we will have another round with 16 new flags and 2 different grabbers for each tribe.  And their totals will be added to the tribes total. 

We will do this a total of 3 times, the tribe with the highest number of flags after the 3 rounds will win immunity. 

Each time it must be someone different running for your tribe (if there are enough people here).
