There is one pure thing in this world that truly washes away everything, and that is water. Our impurities, dirt, stress and anger: all washed away by water.
What about our mistakes? Our not so smart choices? Can water, or rain, wash them away?
The theory in Tree Hill is that if there is a bad storm coming, then is it is a sign to deal with your problems and let the rain wash them away. But again...that's just a theory...
