Hello and welcome to our second team challenge! As a reminder, you will go against all three teams in a three-episode period. As such, the match-ups are as follows this episode:

RED team vs GRAY team
GREEN team vs BLUE team

This challenge is called “Karma Kollectors” and here’s how it works…..

EACH PERSON is required to search around tengaged to find users whose total karma adds up to a certain amount. You must find TEN USERS whose karma adds up to 14,680 karma. Your total individually will equal 14,680 karma, not combined with your team.

You MAY NOT use any of the same users your teammates use as well, so make sure you teams are communicating about who you are using. This is not only a searching challenge, but a communication one as well.

How is this mission scored?
Your individual penalty score will be the sum of two numbers, which are determined as follows:
-        The total amount of karma your total is off from 14,680 is MULTIPLIED by 20.
-        The DIFFERENCE between the highest and lowest karma amounts on your list of 10 users.

All players will have their individual penalty scores averaged to make your team score. If you do not compete, your score will be the highest score of all players multiplied by 2.

Your submission must have WORKING links to the user’s profiles. If the links are not working, I will penalize you 20 points per non-working link. I suggest sending your submission mail to yourself first to make sure the links are working before you send it to me.

If multiple players on a team have the same user in their lists, then all players involved will have 50 penalty points added per duplicate user.

Each player gets ONE submission. Be sure that it’s right, because there is no changing after you send in. If you screw up your submission, then that’s on you.

I will attempt to check mails as soon as I get them. If a user gains karma in between the time you send and I check profiles, then that is the risk you take. Please note, I will not be able to check users between the hours of 9 AM-6 PM EST as I will be at work and I am out of data for this month (Until the 8th)!

The teams who have the LOWEST AVERAGE penalty points per person will win this challenge and be safe from the Gauntlet!
