It's the year 2020, and the American government has been completely overthrown by a controlling dictator that has forced all American's to live in 4 core cities: New York City, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Philadelphia. The rest of the United States has been completely abandoned.
Living in the U.S. is now complete hell and under maximum control, until a group of people hear about a completely secluded town in Wyoming and decide to escape their prison. They must start from the beginning and create a sustainable and free place to live. New Haven will become their paradise, but it will not be as easy as it looks and will they be as free as they believe?
