Congrats on the HoH win, Adam! As HoH, you will be safe from eviction this week. However, the duties of the HoH have changed a bit this season. You will not be naming two nominees yourself if you don't want to. That is because your sole duty as HoH is to name the Power Player. The Power Player is responsible for making the nominations. You can choose to name yourself the Power Player, or you can force someone else to make the decision for you.
Why would you want to let someone else have the nomination power if you just won HoH? That is because when the Power Player must name two nominees, they will become the third nominee. That is correct: In order to place anyone on the block this season, you must place yourself on the block as well. And with no backdoors in sight, you either must win the veto to save yourself, or be damn confident that you have to votes to save yourself and send one of your targets home. Making moves this season sure is a risky business!
