Zyler is known for staying up the longest and eating food late at night. While everyone else was asleep, he got up for some midnight snacks. He was last seen in the dining room by me, so I could assure he was going to enter the right way (there’s 2 entrances to this kitchen), and he did... I scurried off to avoid getting caught on fire or something, but I kept listen in the hallway.
I made sure all the soundproof doors were closed so when the boom went off, it’d go unnoticed.
But how did it go boom? A pressure plate.
He stepped on the rigged pressure plate I set down on the kitchen floor, and it created a domino effect with the trap I set in the oven.
The oven trap is on a timer, so that 2 seconds after the pressure plate is triggered, the bomb like fire explosion would go off, so that he’d have time to walk closer to it for a more direct impact.
It worked, and he banged his head against the chair behind him, causing more trauma and damage.
But that didn’t matter.., that boy was on fire. And he burned.
