I think this is a good time to announce that TSC 363 will be my last TSC In a good while. This is due to 2 things which I will explain below.
1) My Promotion- So as some of you know I work as a teaching assistant at a primary school and recently about a month ago I got asked if I wanted to become a teacher which I replied to as yes and I am about to be teaching yr 6 and as British people know Yr 6 is definitely the most hard and stressful year for teachers (especially with SATS). I just won't have enough time to be devoted to this contest and commenting will be too hard. I will still continue with some group games as that will not take as much time as TSC does. I hope you understand the circumstances of this reason. Even though it's going to be stressful I am so ready and excited for it and support would be lovely as always
2) The Bullying in the group Now I'm not going to name names but there has been bullying (on both sides) and it has not made it that fun to play anymore. Sometimes I say "stop bullying uit ruins the fun" and then I get this thrown in my face "says the one who told someone to die" I'm not going to go into detail of how it was a joke but at the same time two wrongs don't make a right. We are all adults (nearly adults) here so we need to start behaving like adults (once again, on both sides of the argument). I bet if your boss or manager saw you making bullying and harassment and vile comments towards each other you would get fired instantly. I know for a fact that I would lose my job if I were saying some stuff that you lot have been saying (ik I'm guilty aswell in some situation but ever since the incident have you seen me say something nasty). We need to cut the bullying and act like adults
FORGIVE AND FORGET
sorry for ranting on hopefully you can respect my decision to leave and I thought I'd post it here rather than make a whole forum. Anyway I will be participating in TSC 363 And every now and again I'll make a 1-3 edition return.
Thanks for the many songs, the many laughs and the 1 win
- Kat (341-363)
