PS Yoshi, I really appreciated your comment before, unbiased advice is usually the best! I've known the family all my life and unfortunately they are...'cheap', for want of better word. They are happy to let others pay :P BUT, I'm there for him as much as I can be, we both work a lot and have busy adult lives :)

So I just worked out how to do the running order on the actual Google doc.
I wrote Yes instead of Y in the Accepted column all this time and that's why I...ANYWAY!
   
Sending mailers now, gonna get started!
