The way voting works is each person sends the time spans they are available to compete.

Those in the draw get 1 vote for each time period available.  Those sent in have as many votes as half the number of people in the Draw so this case 4 votes.

Everyone except one person are available from 7-9 pm est, so the Draw will occur LIVE ar 7 pm est and the Elimination Challenge will occur soon after.
