This is called Puzzle Stampede which is a mix of 2 classic RSF Challenges, the jigsaw puzzle and Bottleneck Stampede.
In this challenge, there will be 3 puzzles that must be completed as follows:
Round 1 -
https://www.jigsawplanet.com/?rc=play&pid=0c0a93077edf
Round 2 -
https://www.jigsawplanet.com/?rc=play&pid=1c5cfd9e4f48
Round 3 -
https://www.jigsawplanet.com/?rc=play&pid=3c20673f14f2 As the rounds progress the difficulty increases going from 50 pieces to 100 pieces to 200 pieces. The pieces are already in the correct orientation and no rotation is required.
EACH INDIVIDUAL must do their best to complete the puzzles as fast as they can however in order for your later puzzles to be judged, you must be one of the best performers on the earlier puzzles.
20 of you start the game in Round 1 and will submit your finished times as described below. The 10 people regardless of which team you are on will move on. Then, only the times of the Top 10 from Round 1 will be compared for the Round 2 puzzle. If you were not in the Top 10 in Round 1 then your times for Rounds 2 and 3 will not count and will be all for nothing. The Top 4 times from Round 2 will advance to Round 3 and have their times from Round 3 judged. In each round players earn points from their team based on how they performed.
In Round 1 points are as follows: 10 points for 1st, 9 points for 2nd, 8 points for 3rd and so on until 1 point for 10th.
In Round 2 points are as follows: 20 points for 1st, 15 points for 2nd, 10 points for 3rd, 5 points for 4th.
In Round 3 points are as follows: 40 points for the fastest time
If there is a tie then all those tied earn the highest point value they tied for. This will only not apply if the tied players are DQ'd or did not submit as that will result in NO POINTS.
So the more members you have with fast times, the more points you earn meaning your team can win and not have the fastest time for Round 3.
When you are ready to submit a time for 1 of the 3 rounds, mail me the link to your image.
For the image, you must take a SCREENSHOT of the finished puzzle with your time AND A WINDOW OPENED TO YOUR LOGGED IN TENGAGED PROFILE. An example of this type of screenshot is in the group images section. VERY IMPORTANT is that your logged in profile AND the finish time of the puzzle MUST BE IN THE SAME IMAGE.
You get ONLY ONE SUBMISSION via mail PER ROUND (3 total), so I suggest mailing it to yourself, making sure the link works and all that before sending it to me as an INVALID link will result in a score of a DQ. FOR THE SUBMISSION TO COUNT IT MUST BE TITLED:
CHALLENGE 5 - ROUND (1, 2 OR 3 - WHICHEVER ROUND YOU SUBMIT)
As always spelling and spacing counts, capitalization does not.
Each team will have until TOMORROW (Friday) at 11:59 pm est (23 hours, 15 minutes from now) to have their members send me their times to ALL THEIR PUZZLES.
To be clear, EACH INDIVIDUAL must complete ALL THREE PUZZLES in order to increase your team's chances at winning.
The TEAM who earns the most points will win this challenge, earn safety from Elimination and earn the right to vote in ANY TWO PLAYERS into Elimination from the losing team. The team will vote and majority rules. If after the vote there is a tie for the 2 players voted in, there is no re-vote and instead the team members who won will lose their safety and face their own Double Cross to determine which of them will participate as the voted in players.
The TEAM who earns the least points will be eligible to be voted in by the winning team AND will participate in the Double Cross.
Good luck.
