Welcome to tonight's Head of Household competition!
Today you will be playing "Simpletence" and here is how it will work:
We will be giving you a set of letter & number combinations, and it is your job to write a grammatically correct sentence including words made from those "simple" combinations.
So, for example, if we give you “T7, P4, and 5N,” you would have to write a sentence including a 7 letter word starting with T, a 4 letter word starting with P, and a 5 letter word ending with E, such as, “I tackled the green dog and then I drank a pint of beer."
As you can see, the words would be "Tackled", "Pint", and "Green". The three words do not have to be in the order that they were given. The sentence doesn't have to "make sense" (i.e. "A dog is flying a spaceship through the sky." - The sentence itself doesn't make sense but it is grammatically correct.)
The FIRST letter must be capitalized and it must END with a period.
You CANNOT use PROPER nouns as your three words. They can be a part of the sentence but they cannot be used as an answer.
TLDR of the rules for the sentence:
- FIRST letter must be Capitalized
- Sentence must END in a period
- NO PROPER NOUNS
- Plurals are OK
- Does not matter order the words appear in
The first person to THREE (3) points will win this Head of Household :)
Any questions before we begin?
