Karter: Ah, molting. I know reptiles and different species of amphibians participate in that. It must feel refreshing to shed old skin & make room for new. It would sound slightly creepy if humans did that. Well, I guess we take showers, so..that's equivalent, gets rid of dead skin from previously.
