Tonight’s elimination is called “Lazer Circle” and here’s how it works.
Each round, you will choose 1 Controller and 1 Runner. The Controller on your team will be matched up against the Runner on the other team, and vice versa.
Each round, I will countdown and post “GO” for the Runners. The runners can then run between the 5 spaces on the circle. They can only run to one of the 2 adjoining spaces on the circle.
To do this, they’ll say *Runs To Space #_*
If on Space 1, the runner can move to Space 5 or 2
If on Space 2, the runner can move to Space 1 or 3
If on Space 3, the runner can move to Space 2 or 4
If on Space 4, the runner can move to Space 3 or 5
If on Space 5, the runner can move to Space 4 or 1
Each round, the runners will start on Space 1.
15 seconds later, I will post *LAZERS TURN ON*, and the Controllers can then move their respective lazers to adjoining spaces trying to hit the opposing runner. If they hit their own teammate, nothing happens, but when one of the Controllers gets their Lazer on the same space as the opposing runner, the round ends and the controller scores a point for their team.
Jay & Raul, you will be controlling the Blue Lazer.
Logan & John P., you will be controlling the Red Lazer.
To move the Lazer, the controller can say *Moves (Blue or Red) Lazer to Space #_*
If on Space 1, the lazer can move to Space 5 or 2
If on Space 2, the lazer can move to Space 1 or 3
If on Space 3, the lazer can move to Space 2 or 4
If on Space 4, the lazer can move to Space 3 or 5
If on Space 5, the lazer can move to Space 4 or 1
Each round, the lazers will start on Space 1 as well. So the runners should use that 15 seconds to move.
The first team to 2 points wins this elimination, stays in the game, and takes control of the relic. Losers go home.
