Like who gives a shit if he's a bad person? The people he was rude to was his political opponents, Jews, and homosexuals. His political opponents totally deserved it and he didn't even do anything TO the homosexuals.
Plus at least he was like interesting. He's a spoiled brat, but at least he changed politics. Besides Mussolini, Stalin, FDR, Churchill, and Tojo no one else even TRIED to play the game, and Mussolini, Stalin, and Tojo sucked anyway, so Hitler was the only reason there was a single half-interesting war in that decade.
