Let's be honest, this Episode 9 has me so confused I do not know what is going on and why everyone is dying now. I get it they all have Aids but now they are all just dying. No real explanation? GhostMalone and I are confused!

That's literally the point of it. There isn't really a killer, the killer was the AIDS epidemic that swept through the country in the 80s
