about the survivor shortlist when I dont think its so bad...?
1) ANYONE complaining about Alexis being on the list can go because literally from episode ONE of Second Chances 90% of the Kelley haters were converted, proving that pre-merge boots with potential can deliver (and Alexis' storyline was very much in the same vein as Kelley's do not even lie to yourselves)
2) Anyone complaining about Sandra "ruining her record" is just as eyeroll worthy. You complain about nobodies returning but then complain when the biggest name is returning because of "ruining their record". Do you even know Sandra? Out of any contestant she gives ZERO fucks about her "record" and will gladly take the appearance fee even if she is first boot and will STILL brag about winning twice and slaying your fave Parvati.
3) The list actually has a bunch of fun contestants, and not too many vile contestants.
Sandra/Sophie/Danni (Guatemala representation < 333)/neat lady Monica < 3333/Carolyn/Natalie A/Cirie with a handful of rando-fave/second tier, but still fun contestants in Andrea/Natalie B/Hali. Even the complete randoms have potential and arent completely wasted spots (Chelsea/Alexis). I dont know about you but i would much rather the worst case scenario of chelsea/alexis taking a star or twos spots over MIKAYLA OR NATALIE TENERELLI (who is still an immature sheep btw if you have not seen her new show on E!)
4) The male side is definitely not even bad like it was last year. The worst case scenario this year: Ozzy/Peter(obvious fodder)/Marty is not as bad as last year's Spencer(vile)/Jim Rice(vile even tho he is probably one of the ppl not yet revealed)/Vytas(vile)/Max(eww)/Savage(top 3 worst survivor male ever)
5) We dont know the theme of the season. IF its allstars (which literally nobody knows) then yes the wtf choices dont make sense but its very likely they made up something #hip and #new so the wtf choices might end up being justified.
6) Probably the most mindboggling part of the almost universal hate over the revealed shortlist... THERE ARE STILL SPOTS LEFT. like your faves and/or the worst are yet to come. At least rant about the shortlist when you know for sure who is/isnt on it like damn some people just want to rant about anything.
1.I mean I still would have rather had someone like Teresa than Kelley. Like yeah they can have the opportunity to deliver, but why not just give the spot to someone who we know can deliver?
2. We just want players of equal legend status on the island lol. Like if they're gonna bring back C-stars like Carolyn and Troyzan, let the entire cast be semi-stars?
best Heroes vs. Villains shouldn't have to be people of the same status. The first one had people like Rupert and Rob, but also had people like Candice and Danielle.
i'm rewatching one world atm and i can't believe how great chelsea is. like she didn't take shit from any of the guys and she was loyal af to the women. i would so love to see her come back
