The maximum a blog can be negged by is -10, isn't it?

I do not  NOT  have a multi.  My blog went down by pretty close to -48, or something like that, I know it was above -40, and yet I had only like nine votes?  WHAT GIVES.  Again I DO NOT HAVE ANY FREAKING MULTI's, so stop saying it only happens when a multi does it.
