I was banned for what was said to be 14 days for posting a homophobic comment from what a user in a game said. I didn't know that reposting what someone said would cause a ban but tengaged assumed I did and gave me a last warning before I would be permanently banned. I sent them a email in which to my surprise I got a reply stating that they were reviewing the matter. (In emails before tengaged has never responded to me) Finally someone is answering the emails. hallelujah!!!!!
dav_o_79 I honestly didn't know that otherwise I wouldn't have posted it but tengaged assumed I knew what I was doing and stated it harshly. I did wrong and we move on. I'm happy someone is working at tengaged. People do pay $ for T$ and never once has my emails been replied before from support.
