Episode 10 Ahead of The Rest
Leganja after a smoke: What are going to do? Even sticking together, someone dies.
Mildred: We just have to survive past today and we are free to leave.
Eleanor: How are we going to last that long, we can't even eat without someone dying.
Mike: We just have to stay together, it's the only way to survive this.
Caleb: What will we do until then.
Mike: Find another way out. Is there any other way out Mildred?
Mildred: I don't know if there is another exit but, we must try.
Bread: So where are we going to look?
Mildred: Knowing the host, it is probably going to be a secret exit, so maybe the basement.
Eleanor: Not the basement again! Me and Caleb were lucky enough the first tim down there.
Caleb: We have to, we need to get out.
The KILLER'S thoughts: Yes, go back to the basement you fools. You will only meet your death there, you don't think there was just the laser room in the basement.
Everyone heads downstairs and into the basement.Nervous that something might hapen to them.
Leganja after a smoke: So who want to go first?
Mike: Not me.
Eleanor: No thanks.
Caleb: No way.
Mildred: I'm not leading.
Bread: I won't.
Leganja continuing to smoke: So how will we decide?
Mike: Let's use your cigarettes, whoever has the shortest cigarette goes first and so on and so forth with the last person having the largest.
Eleanor: That's such a good idea, I wish I thought of it.
Leganja hands over 6 different size cigarettes to Mike.
Mike:All right everyone, pick one.
Mildred: I will choose the far right.
Bread: I will take the far left.
Leganja after a smoke: I'll take the one to the left of Mildred's
Eleanor: I'll take the one to the right of Bread's.
Caleb: I'll take the one to the right of Eleanor's
Mike: I guess I get the one to the left of Leganja's
Everyone grabs their cigarettes and reveals to everyone else. Mildred got the largest cigarette, the second largest was Eleanor, the third largest was Caleb, the fourth largest was Bread's, the fifth largest was Mike, and the smallest went to Leganja.
Leganja continuing to smoke: I guess I'll lead if I die, at least I'm going with a cigarette in my mouth.
Leganja leads everyone past the laser beam room.
Eleanor: That was so awful.
Caleb: I know it was but, there is nothing we an do for them now.
About 10 doors down Leganja opens a door. Inside is a giant chess board.An envelope is on the floor of the arena.
The envelope reads:Welcome to your first task to get out. In order to leave this room, you must play a game of chess with a twist. On this board, there is an automaton gamepiece that will kill you if you lose a piece to it. If you get a piece across safley, you can advance.And bewarned, one of you must die or you can't advance.
Eleanor: Oh god, how will we decide who to go first?
Mike:We just stick to the order of the cigarette draw so your first Leganja.
Everyone starts moving pieces, praying to god they didn't lose a piece to the automaton.
The first across was Bread who lost no gamepieces.
Next, Mildred who lost no gamepieces.
After that, Caleb with 1 gampiece lost but, not by the automaton.
Fourth was Eleanor with 1 gamepiece lost but, not by the automaton.
All that was left was Mike and Leganja.
Leganja moves her piece up 1 and the black knight took it. It then swung it's sword and decapitated her head, her cigarette still in her mouth.
Caleb to Mike: Just don't be killed by that knight and you are home free!
Mike finally finished, as soon as his piece touched , a door was revealed.
Everyone looks back at Leganja.
Mike: I can't believe you died.
Eleanor: I am going to miss you so much.
Mildred: I am so sorry you died.
Caleb: We will miss you.
Bread: You were fun go hang out with, I wish that we had net outside this house.
The KILLER'S thoughts: Oh, Leganja, smoking in my house,tsk tsk tsk. I don't like smokers so I'm glad you died.
