-first hoh is random and has 12 hours to nominate (POV competition goes on during this period) all future hoh鈥檚 are based on activity
-after nominations pov is revealed, the POV has 12 hours to decide whether to use or not additionally the hoh has this time to select a renom, the game moves forward once both hoh and pov have saved their selections. If pov is not used then hoh鈥檚 renom is not notified. If pov is not saved in 12 hours it isn鈥檛 used, if hoh doesn鈥檛 renom during the 12 hours then it is a random renom
-12 hours to evict
-f3 hoh has 12 hours to pick who goes to f2 with them and moves to next stage once their selection is saved. If they do not select in the 12 hours then it becomes random
-Jury has 12 hours to vote
Game lasts between 7-10 days depending on how quickly people save during the renom phase

also i like that it鈥檚 12 hours but he may wanna reduce prizes then. I kinda like the 24 hours because it鈥檚 less pressure to talk a lot imo? But idk your version has its merits too
based on the timeline it would essentially be 24-36 hours between hoh鈥檚 so if someone is going for hoh you have time to compete spam for it kinda like you do in the current rookies format kindred7 but yeah my whole goal is to make it more strategy and less activity because as it is currently it鈥檚 casting with hoh鈥檚 and no comps
