The users Absol and Lukesaur posted a copy pasta which had a word "b*ichas" that when translated via Google translated read in English as the notorious bannable homophobic slur.
They were initially banned for 3 days. After a discussion with the moderation team, their initial ban was overturned, and they will be issued a warning instead. We understand things get lost in translation, especially when using Google translate. Which is notorious for translating things with little context in mind. However since the word in question when translated can show up as a bannable slur, from this point on when used in ANY context will result in said user receiving a 3 day ban.
you guys are ridiculous, when I was banned for a Brazilian expression you didn't even give me a chance to explain myself.

I figure having a Spanish/Portuguese speaker precisely for this kind of scenario would be nice, especially those native to the countries who would know what counts as a slur
