A clear and organized and understandable way of dealing with infractions of the TOS. You also need to moderating team to consist of trustworthy users from different backgrounds and geographical locations. In the past your rules, were not only murky at best. However, your implementation of said rules were bias in many circumstances. Without providing little to no explanation for your bias. I suggest you focus on these aspects while Randomize pulls his end of the deal together.

The moderators should be known to the general Tengaged Public, no more hiding behind vague power. Furthermore, the public should know who has the power to remove blogs, and various blacklisting capabilities. Moderator points should not be a thing, and there is no need for them if you have a capable and fair moderator team.

Nobody should be punished or banned for their past actions. However, a firm deadline date needs to be set along with a clear guideline of rules that will be set. If we are punishing people for their actions than everyone who violated the TOS no matter how small their violation should receive bans as well.

Designs rules need an overhaul and you should gather suggestions from prominent users who have owned shops as well as designers who create the PNGS.

Anyone with a red nose should be banned on site, unless they can give a reasonable and satisfactory answer on why their rednose occured. Multiple rednoses should be seen as multiple infractions.

If Kandee is the mod again, don’t bother on having any hopes for anything good. His power trip is what lead us to where we are now.

Oh don’t worry, me and Bryan will get banned despite waiting the 90 days for a fair return. But people who have millions of multis that make it obvious will remain safe with no karma cut, moderation will never be fair.

Koolness234 Design rules are protected by Copyright laws. If a designer doesn't give permission for use of their artworks, then using it forcefully is artwork theft. Most designers and shop owners will agree, except those who's shops are thriving off of illegal designs.

Akeria Yes I understand that and I think that approach is one to take. However, we also need to weed out PNGS that are clearly and infringement on someone elses copyright as well. Basically designs taken off doll sites and such. I have no clue how to identify these as I do not design but I am sure designers do.

Koolness234 Most gemma weaves were taken from i-dressup, and that site has since shut down. Even so, most weaves nowadays are heavily edited to the point where the designers at i-dressup no longer have the rights to claim them. To my knowledge, the most common designers today don't use doll sites anymore.

#MyTGFeedback Admin don't give multi users a deadline LMAO they knew they were breaking the rules, just ban the multis and ban the people actively using them either temp/perm.

i think half the reason multi use is so prominent is cuz they've barely had to face consequences other than "ok stop using ur multis next week hehe ;p"

agreed with lemonface too the last thing we need is ppl turning into snitches over harmless jokes smh
