House buying sucks

So fucking stressful. I’m  like “oh we’ll (boyfriend and I) will put 25,000 down and we’ll give you asking price.”

The next day someone decided to pay 350,000 dollars cash for the same home. Must be nice to have that kind of money 🙃

Its...awful..

Going through the same process right now with my boyfriend, the housing market is shit right now too.. hoping it will get better soon, tired of renting.

zachbbs ugh I know. I live north of Orlando, FL and housing here is a struggle too. Renting sucks ass. I pay 1760/ month for rent for a 3bd 2 bath apartment and we would be paying about 1100 for the house had we gotten it.
