So as you all know I was supposed to meet up with a guy to talk with him about an apartment I have been waiting for to see. Well, about 2 days ago I looked on the site where I saw it was for rent and I saw it said Off-Market and that got me wondering what happened?
So I texted him asking him if it’s still available since we were supposed to meet. No answer. I waited, no answer. Cut to today when I called him he picks up and I ask, for a moment there was silence and then he spoke.
Now I would understand if he said hey, you know there was people ahead of you and they wanted it first and I gave it to them, that answer I wouldn’t be so mad about cause I completely understand the rule first come first serve. But no, what he told me was oh hey, sorry about that I got a call from my FRIEND saying he needed a place to stay and gave it to him. Then he hung up. WHAT THE FUCK KIND OF LANDLORD DOES THAT SHIT!?!?!
I have been waiting months for this and you just give it away to someone you KNOW! That’s not right and he shouldn’t be a fucking landlord when you choose fucking friends over people who ACTUALLY HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A RESPONSE FROM YOU FOR MONTHS. I wasted my fucking time and I am very upset and so are 4 other people who have been WAITING for a response from this dude.
BUT! I will not let this get me down. I am just gonna keep applying and calling apartments until I find one of my own (Hopefully soon). Hope everyone is enjoying there day
