This is so weird because you always play melee assassins, and I play virtually only ranged champions except Leona. I LOVE playing against Garen. LOL!

and then when i play ranged champions i suck at spacing and kiting so i still get fucked by garen

The top of my list would comprise Fizz, Zed, Brand, Tryndamere, Nasus, Draven, Yorick, and Zoe probably, unless I'm forgetting some.

HaliFord Girl, you better be at least Diamond for that comment. Yasuo players in lower ELO have no idea how to fully optimize his kit, and you can easily cuck him with 99% of mid-laners.
