It's called the Pandora's Box twist. Each day, the HOH will choose whether or not to open Pandora's Box. What's inside Pandora's Box could be good for someone but bad for someone else, and vice versa. If opened, the twist inside Pandora's Box will happen the next day. If opened on Day 2, that twist will occur on Day 3, etc.
As always, the HOH can choose not to open Pandora's Box if they do not want to.
Here are the possible outcomes of opening Pandora's Box on a certain day.
DAY 1
The HOH on Day 1 is safe on Day 2 OR
The HOH on Day 1 MUST be nominated on Day 2.
DAY 2
Only Day 2's HOH can play veto on Day 3 OR
Day 3's HOH must nominate the two people next to them (aka LINEUPS)
DAY 3
The houseguest on the far left and the houseguest on the far right are safe on Day 4 (Note: if one of them is HOH, the person to the right or left of them is safe) OR
The houseguests on the far left and far right must be nominated on Day 4
DAY 4
The Duel twist will be unleashed on Day 5 (HOH chooses someone to be safe, that person chooses another, etc.) OR
The most recent evictee will be able to choose the nominees on Day 5

Steve definitely isn't winning America's Favorite Houseguest.
Crying baby. Cmon, you signed up for this show. You're not supposed to win every freaking HOH. We're you recruited from tinder like Becky? But your big boy pants on and play the game Steve. And stop acting fake in the DR at evictions.
