Mac, Molly, Toya, AJ and Thomas all arrive back to the school. A few walkers bang at the fence, but Matthew and Nathan help open the school gates, letting the car in. They pull up into the school car park and exit the car.
"Where's Sharon?" Nathan asks, holding a bloody crowbar in his hand. "She's dead." Mac cries, storming off through the entrance of the school. Molly follows after him, trying to calm him down.
"We lost another. To those fucking things! When do we get a break! With two kids on the way, we can't live like this." Thomas sighs. “Mine and Evanna’s kid, Britney and Mac’s, with two kids on the way.” He continues, holding his head in his hands.
"I'm sick of watching people die. This place should be set up, as a safe haven for anyone who needs help." Toya suggests. “Me, Austin, Courtney, Bee, Carolyn, Kellie and Zak have been held up in this school for years and watched countless people walk past, looking for help, and we didn’t help any. We should change that.” Toya smiles. “yeah, your right.” AJ adds. “The more people, the merrier. I’m sick of people dying.”
“Me and Matthew are gonna stay out here for a little longer, kill any walkers nearby. You guys go on in.” Nathan grunts as he pokes his crowbar through the gaps of the fence, killing a walker nearby.
As they enter into the school, they arrive into a large hallway, where Bee and Dave are arguing. “I told you! That is my gun now give it fucking back!” Bee screams. “Shut up. You know it’s mine. Your is right FUCKING behind you!” Dave screams back in her face. “That isn’t mine… I know mine when I see it and I see it in your hands!” Bee screams, trying to tackle Dave for the weapon.
Evanna, Britney, Brent, Kellie, Rhya, Kesley are out on the field of he school, sitting. Rhya and Kesley play together, making daisy chains. “9 months!!! Your gonna pop soon.” Britney smiles, feeling Evanna’s baby kick. “I know.” Evanna has a deep smile on your face. “HAHA!” They hear Rhya and Kesley laugh in the back ground. “Tag, your it!”
“And what, your six months now?” Kellie asks, feeling Britney’s bump. “Yeah. Me and Evanna are bump buddies.” Britney laughs. “Bump buddies? Weirdo’s.” Brent laughs, standing off and about to walk off. Evanna and Britney laugh, knowing they have embarassed him. But Kellie runs up to him and kisses him hard on the cheek. “HEY!” Brent laughs, wiping the spit off his face. “You can pass that onto your dad as well.” Kellie winks.
Onika, Toya and Alexandra are both near the back of the school, guarding the fence at the back. “Do you know what, every day I can’t believe I found you here. My cousin.” Toya smiles. “I know. It’s been a long and painful journey to get here.” Onika expresses. Alexandra stands by the fence, poking her knife into walkers skulls near the fence. “You cant take a break now Alexandra. Come sit with us.” They encourage.
“So Alexandra, who do you have your eye on!!!” Onika giggles, holding Alexandra’s hands in hers. “…Nick.” Alexandra smiles. “AHHH!” The girls scream in excitement. “You gotta ask him out! He’s cute! For you!” Toya states. “No! I’ll do it another day. I can’t ask him out covered in blood.” Alexandra blushes. “Girl, tonight, listen. We are gonna have a girls night. Get you all prety for your special moment.” Onika smiles.
Shenaynay sits on her own. Having a cigarette in the Cantine. “You’re supposed to be on duty!” Tanner says, walking in with his gun hanging off his shoulder. “Yeah well, I needed a break. Alex and Anna are covering me.” Shenaynay puffs. “I don’t care it’s your---“ “Please! I just… Need a minute.” Shenaynay begs. “What’s wrong?” tanner asks, sitting down beside her. “I feel lonely. Everyone is enjoying their life now. I mean I know Mac isn’t and Molly neither, but I feel like I’m all alone.” Shenaynay cries. “It’s fine, I just need a minute.”
Alex and Anna have taken Shenaynay’s post and are guarding the fences by the playground. Alex just kisses Anna on the lips. “What was that for?” Anna smiles. “because I needed to before I died.” Alex smiles, bringing Anna into his arms. Anna lays in Alex’s arms. “Did you hear about Sharon. She was so nice, she didn’t deserve to go like that. We haven’t lost anyone in a while.” Anna discusses. It’s quite for a few seconds. “You remember the last 5 months of me trying to win you over?” Alex asks. “yeah, and you still haven’t!” Anna laughs, releasing his grip on her. “Oh yes I have and you know it!” Alex kisses her on the lips again. “Ok maybe.” Anna smiles.
Nick, Zak, Carolyn and Austin are sitting in a classroom talking. “I wonder where Victor is right now.” Nick starts, tightening his fists. “Whose Victor?” Carolyn asks. “He was this dick that ended up turning us against him.” Nick explains. “What did he do?” Austin asks. “He shot three girls in the face cause they stole a can of beans from us. He just went crazy. So we left him and joined here.” Nick almost laughs. “Wow, he sounds like an evil bastard.” Zak adds.
“Anyway, I heard Alexandra likes you!” Zak laughs, shrugging Nick’s shoulder. “stop.” Nick blushes. “What? She’s a beautiful young lady.” Carolyn states. “She’s 15.” Nick laughs. “And her dad would kick my ass.” “So what if she’s 15? She’s b-e-a-utiful! And if her dad kicks your ass, we’ll kick his.” Austin laughs.
Jojo and Courtney sit on their own in an old ICT room with broken and smashed computers everywhere, holding hands. “Remember not to let them know. I don’t want everyone knowing about us.” Courtney states. “It feels weird. We’ve been friends for so long. I’m so glad I’ve finally found someone. Someone I can connect to.” Jojo smiles as she leans in, kissing Courtney.
