While yes wearing a mask outside is not as effective as wearing a mask inside it does not mean its useless, you can still catch it outside. Always wear a mask indoors and wear masks outside if ur stupid enough to go too a protest or a large gathering. If ur going through a casual stroll down a park you don't need to wear a mask.
If ur an American teen in school plz wear a mask, Ik many schools it's not mandatory but just fucking wear one.
I'm going to school in september and wearing a mask here is mandatory, even if it wasn't I would still wear one.
