Survivor: Japan ~112~ FINALE

Jun 10, 2012 by _JB_
image32 days ago, 16 Tengagers were stranded on a beach in Japan. JB told them to divide THEMSELVES into two tribes, Hiroshima & Nagasaki. They had to decide how and who would be on each tribe. On day 7, each tribe had to choose a representative. Erinn was chosen as Nagasaki's representative. Rose was chosen as Hiroshima's representative. Little did they know, they were given a free pass through the merge. In that time, they concocted a plan in the merge as castaways departed. Foxface, Millie, Jordan, Corbo, Eve, the tribe has spoken. On night 11, after a double tribal council, Erinn & Rose were brought in to what seemed to be a merge. However, the nine other contestants were divided into three tribes. Erinn & Rose were updated on the game and used that to make a super alliance of four with Scott & Alexandra. When the tribes merged on day 15, their plan was set in motion. They eliminated every other player, Suzie, Augustine, Austin, Ausham, Jus, the tribe has spoken. Until Janelle remained. Janelle tried to expose and divide the two pairs. Alexandra liked the plan. Erinn did not. And she went off at tribal council on Alexandra as Janelle became a member of the jury. The now cracked alliance has made it into the final 4. Now, only 4 remain. Alexandra. She needs immunity to stay in the game because after her betrayal to her alliance, she has now been deemed untrustworthy. Erinn. She was one of the exiled, and has received the most votes in the game. Can she win back over the bitter jury? Scott. The strategist who has made several impressive moves that have impressed the jury. He has played a great social game, and hasn't made any enemies. Rose. The oldest player in the game has proven that age is but a number. After her stay at Exile Island, she has concocted a brilliant plan that has brought her to the final 4. The question is can she make it to the end? All of these questions will be answered in the finale of Survivor: Japan!

*INTRO PLAYS*

-Night 32, Samurai-

Alexandra: Guys, I'm sorry. I-

Erinn: After all that we have been through! Seriously! How could you do that Alexandra?

Alexandra: I made a mistake. I am sorry.

Erinn: You should be. You betrayed us all.

Rose (confessional): I am just letting them have at it. In the end, it benefits my game that they are bickering at this moment.

Alexandra (confessional): I need immunity tomorrow, and I need immunity the next day, then I will be able to breathe again.

-Day 33-

JB: Come on in, guys!

*Castaways enter*

JB: Are you guys ready for today's immunity challenge?

All: Yes.

JB: OK, first thing is first, I will take back immunity Scott.

*JB takes immunity*

JB: Tosay's challenge was the final four challenge used in Survivor: Micronesia. You will start standing on top of a 20-foot (6.1 m) pole in the water. You will lower buckets into the water and use the water to fill a bamboo chute which would raise a set of keys. Once the keys are in reach, you will swim ashore with the keys to unlock a box that contained 16 individually shaped ladder rungs. The ladder rungs would be used to build a ladder to a platform. The first person to assemble their ladder, climb to the top of the platform and raise their flag wins immunity and a spot in the final three. The losers have tribal council where someone will leave after 33 days in this game. We'll draw for spots and wait for my go.

*Castaways prepare*

JB: OK, survivors ready, go!

JB: Rose wins immunity!

Rose: Yay!

Scott: Good job!

Alexandra: Good job Rose!

Erinn: Good job!

JB: Rose is in the final three. The other three of you have not been determined yet. That will be determined when we go to tribal council tonight. One of you will be going home. You will have the afternoon. I'll see you at tribal.

-TRIBAL COUNCIL-

*Castaways enter*

JB: We will now bring in our jury. Joe, Suzie, Augustine, Austin, Ausham, Jus, and Janelle, voted out at the last tribal council.

*Jury enters*

JB: Rose, what happened at camp?

Rose: Nothing much. Alexandra said that she would like to be voted out tonight.

JB: Alexandra, why would you do that?

Alexandra: I thought that it would redeem myself possibly.

JB: Erinn, did she redeem herself?

Erinn: Nope.

JB: Are you still bitter about last night?

Erinn: Yep.

JB: Are you afraid that your outburst at Alexandra last night may lose yourself some jury votes.

Erinn: I'm mad. I am mad at myself. Alexandra, I am sorry that I got mad at you. It's jsut this game, man. It's twisted. It's screwing me up.

JB: Are you paranoid?

Erinn: I am very paranoid. Now, Alexandra is going to get voted out because of me. I have made a horrible impression on the jury, and I screwed my friendship with her. Alexandra, you were my best friend in this game. I am sorry that I got mad at you.

Alexandra: I accept your apology. I will have no hard feelings if you vote me out tonight.

JB: Rose, how does this make you feel?

Rose: Camp hasn't been the same since they started fighting. It has saddened me because those two were wonderful friends and allies to one another. It's a shame that it had to be like that.

JB: OK, it is time to vote. Alexandra, you are up.

*Everyone votes*

JB: Once the votes are read, the decision is final. The person voted out must be asked to leave the tribal council area immediately. I will read the votes.

................Alexandra. You need to bring me your torch.

*All four hug*

Alexandra: Bye guys! Take care! Good luck!

*Alexandra brings torch*

JB: Alexandra, the tribe has spoken.

*snuffs torch*

JB: It is time for you to go.

*Alexandra exits TC*

JB: Well, tomorrow, the final two will be revealed. You guys need some rest. Grab your torches. Head on back to camp. Good night.

Alexandra (exit interview): Well, I think I played good. I got into a wonderful alliance and I made it to the final 4! No hard feelings and good luck to all of you!

-Day 34-

JB: Come on in, guys!

*Castaways enter*

JB: First thing is first, I will take back immunity from you, Rose. For the last time, immunity is back up for grabs. Today is a big day. The day of your final immunity challenge. Tonight, two of you will advance to the final tribal council in which you will get to plead your case to the deciding jury of 9. In today's challenge originally from Survivor: Tocantins, you will drop a ball into a metal chute. The ball will travel down a spiraling metal track and exit out of one of two points. You will have to catch the ball and drop the ball back into the chute at the top. Every few minutes, an additional ball will be added to the track until eight balls were simultaneously going around the track. A turnstile gate in the middle of the track would rotate, causing the balls to alternate exiting out of the two exits. If a ball exits the track and is not caught, you will be eliminated from the challenge. To make the challenge more difficult, you will have one hand tied behind your back. Fair enough?

All: Yes.

JB: Then we will get started.

*Castaways prepare*

JB: OK, survivors ready, go!

Scott: Yes!

Erinn: Woo Hoo!

Rose: Good job Scott!

JB: Scott, you will plead your case in front of the jury of nine tomorrow night. Erinn & Rose, one of you will, one of you won't. The decision rests in Scott's hands. You have the afternoon. Good luck with your decision. You can head back to camp.

Erinn (confessional): I could care less about what happens. I have played a good game. I will probably be voted out tonight, but oh well.

-Day 34, Samurai-

Erinn: Good job Scott!

Rose: Good job!

Scott: Thanks ladies. May I have some private time so that I can make my decision.

Erinn: Sure.

Rose: No problem.

Scott: Great! Thanks!

Scott (confessional): I came here so that I could win money for my son's future. If I go to the final 2 with Rose, I may not win. If I go to the final two with Erinn, I would stand a better chance. But, I have been with Rose since the beginning. I don't want to screw her over.

-TRIBAL COUNCIL-

*Castaways enter*

JB: We will now bring in our jury. Joe, Suzie, Augustine, Austin, Ausham, Jus, Janelle, and Alexandra, voted out at the last tribal council.

*Jury enters*

JB: Scott, the decision rests on your shoulders tonight. You will decide who you want sitting next to you when you vie for the jury's vote. Go and make that decision. Scott, you are up.

*Scott votes*

JB: I'll go and get the vote.

JB: Fourteenth person voted out and the ninth member of our jury...

Erinn: Oh my goodness.

*Rose brings torch*

JB: Rose, the tribe has spoken.

*snuffs torch*

Rose: Bye guys.

*Rose exits TC*

JB: Tomorrow, the two of you will plead your million dollar case to a jury of nine people you had a hand in voting out. Tomorrow, on your walk to tribal council. You will encounter the torches of the fourteen people that were voted out. When you see their torch, give them a rite of passage. Tomorrow is a big day. Grab your torches. Head back to camp. Get som rest. You will need it. Good night.

Rose (exit interview): I'm not mad at Scott at all. I think he was a little intimidated by me. He did not want to face me in the end. It is a comment to be voted out because you are respected. Good luck to the final two. I can't wait to give one of you a million dollars.

-Night 34, Samurai-

Erinn: Thank you times a trillion.

Scott: You are welcome.

Scott (confessional): I chose to take Erinn because I am here for the money. I know I can beat Erinn tomorrow. Rose could probably have beaten both of us. I am feeling comfortable in the position that I am in.

-Day 35-

Erinn (confessional): I think that it is great that we get to recognize our fallen comrades. I would not be here if it weren't for every single one of them. So, I think it is important that we remember them.

*RITES OF PASSAGE MUSIC*

Scott: Foxface.

Erinn: He never really had a chance in the game. HE could have been a tremendous player.

FOXFACE: My experience in Survivor was short, but you have to cherish the opportunities in life whether it's for three days, or for three years.

Scott: Millie. I plotted to get you out. I did it because I knew you could have been a dangerous player. Your eliminination was purely out of respect.

MILLIE: I knew I could have won this game. But, my downfall was that I was with the people I was with. They were my family. You can't choose your family.

Erinn: Jordan. She has a very bubbly personality and she made my time on Nagasaki a lot more easier.

JORDAN: My strategy in the game was to be nice. But then I realized, nice guys finish last.

Erinn: Corbo. Goodness, he was such a control freak.

CORBO: I like to be in charge. In life, I am a proven leader. However, Survivor isn't real life.

Scott: Eve. God, she wanted me gone!

EVE: I thought I played the game well. Unfortunately, that necklace screwed me over! I may never wear a necklace again!

Erinn: Joe. He seemed very quiet.

Scott: He was.

JOE: My biggest regret is not taking initiative. If I had taken control in this game sooner, I would have easily made it to the end.

Erinn: Suzie. She was a character.

SUZIE: I felt uncertain the entire time I was out there. I was always flipping, but when I finally found a side, it turned out to be the wrong side.

Scott: Augustine. Man, he could have won every single challenge.

Erinn: Luckily we got him out before he could.

AUGUSTINE: Playing this game has been a dream of mine. I think I should have thrown some challenges so people didn't think I was a huge threat, because I believe that was my downfall.

Scott: Austin.

Erinn: You were just next in line, but you were fun to hang out with.

AUSTIN: Survivor really makes you appreciate all of the necessities we have at home. Food, water, shelter. Survivor has made me thankful of these things that some people in the world don't have.

Scott: Ausham, I think getting you out really changed my game.

AUSHAM: Getting rid of me when they did was the smartest thing they could have done. They knew I didn't have an idol, so they got rid of me. It shocked everyone. I guess it is good to know that I was part of Survivor history.

Erinn: Jus. He won a lot of immunities.

Scott: He was a great player.

JUS: I feel like a represented myself very well in this competition. I left a good impression on myself. I won three immunities in a row! I am very proud of myself that I did this. I really learned a lot about myself.

Erinn: Janelle.

Scott: She was a great player.

JANELLE: I was always in the minority. I always thought of ways I could keep myself in the game. And yet, I still made it to the final five. I think part of it was that people feared the competitor and gameplayer in me.

Erinn: Alexandra, I feel so bad about our fight. It was wrong of me to lash out at you just because you were playing the game. I am sorry.

ALEXANDRA: I learned that being a liar is never a good thing. Honesty is the best policy. If you are truthful with people, they should be truthful with you. People think the game of Survivor isn't like that. But it is.

Scott: Rose, you probably would have won this game 9-0 had I not voted you out last night. Everyone loved you and you are a wonderful person.

ROSE: I think I proved that age is but a number. I lasted 34 days on the beaches of Japan! Who else my age can say that? Every day that passes is one day closer to the end. Do something now. Take initiative, because you don't know when your time will be up.

-TRIBAL COUNCIL-

*Erinn & Scott lay down the torches outside of the tribal council area, and enter the area for their final tribal council*

JB: We will now bring in the jury. Joe, Suzie, Augustine, Austin, Ausham, Jus, Janelle, Alexandra and Rose.

*Jury enters*

JB: OK, here is how the final tribal council works. Erinn & Scott, you will give opening statements to start our tribal council. Then, the jury will ask questions addressed to one of you, or possibly the both of you. Then, we will vote. So, Scott, please give your opening statement.

Scott: In the beginning of the game, I was a target. People wanted me out on Day 4. They were tired of me, so what did I do? I put targets on other people's backs. I turned the tables on Millie in our first tribal council. When we went to tribal, I had to make myself a target so that Jus would give me the immunity necklace. Had he not given me that necklace, I wouldn't be here right now. Every person wanted me gone, so that is saying a lot knowing that I am sitting here today in the final two with a 50% chance of a million dollars. It is surreal right now. I was a target pre-merge, but I continued with my strategy by putting targets on other people's backs. That is the reason why Augustine, Austin & mostly Ausham are sitting in the jury section right now. I think I made some brilliant moves in this game, and I believe they are worthy of a million dollars.

JB: OK, Erinn, please give your opening statement.

Erinn: People say that I rode coattails the entire game. That statement is false. I helped create the alliance that made it all the way to the final four. But I don't believe it was my greatest move in the game. I believe my greatest move in the game was making friendships with the people I did. I was also a target. I received 12 votes throughout this game and I haven't been voted out yet. I think that is a huge accomplishment. I believe my résumé is just as good, if not better than Scott's. Anyway, good luck with your vote tonight. I know that it is not an easy decision.

JB: All right, Joe, you are first.

Joe: Congratulations on making the finals you two. My first question is to Erinn. Do you believed that your gameplay should be downgraded because you were idle in the game for three tribal councils without having to play the game.

Erinn: Absolutely not. That was the most crucial time in the game for me because that is when Rose & I got to plan a strategy to the end.

Joe: OK, my question to Scott is what did you think was your biggest move in the game?

Scott: I think it was on Day 11 on the double tribal council day when all of you voted against me, and I pleaded to Jus to give me immunity. I was taking a HUGE risk, because I didn't know if he would give it to me or not. When we were getting rid of Ausham, I was responsible for that plan, but it wasn't my biggest move because we knew that you were not getting the idol.

Joe: All right, thanks!

JB: Suzie, you are up.

Suzie: I have no questions. I would just like everyone to know that I think the best gameplayer should win. I feel that the two best gameplayers are sitting in the final two tonight. Now, it is your opinion on who you think is the best. But if you are bitter with one of them because you were voted out, don't be. This is Survivor. You have to make enemies to win. Plain and simple. Congratulations to you both.

JB: OK, Augustine, you are up.

Augustine: Hey guys! Congratulations! Scott, what you did last night made some people angry. You voted out Rose, your best friend in the game. You didn't have enough loyalty to even go up against her in the final two. Do you have anything to say about yourself?

Scott: Augustine, you may not understand my answer now, but you will when you become a father. I have a little boy back home. His name is Tanner. Ever since I have become a father, I feel like my life has completely changed. Everything isn't about you anymore. It is about someone that you love and care about. I need this money to go towards Tanner's future. You want to see the best out of your children. And getting Rose out was necessary if I wanted to win a million dollars for my son.

Augustine: I respect that answer. Thank you so much. I am done.

JB: OK. Austin, you are up.

Austin: Erinn, you forgave Alexandra at Alexandra's tribal council where she got voted off, yet you voted her out. Take me through that thought process.

Erinn: I knew this question would pop up. I think it would be best if Alexandra explained it, so when she comes up, she will explain.

Austin: All right. Thanks.

JB: Ausham.

Ausham: Congratulations to the both of you.The two of you outwitted, outplayed and outlasted all of us. Now, which trait (Outwit, Outplay or Outlast) do you think you lacked most during the game. Erinn, you may start.

Erinn: I believe I completely outwitted all of you with coming with my alliance. I believe I outplayed all of you with my cunning. I believe that my outlasting was the trait that I lacked because I received 12 votes while I was here. I almost did not outlast the vote. Barely.

Ausham: OK, Scott.

Scott: Good question by the way. My wits were impeccable. My play was flawless. In my opinion, outlasting means outlasting the elements, and I had a tough time with that while I was out here, especially after my wife Mindy came.

Ausham: All right. Great answers and good luck to the both of you.

JB: Jus, it is your turn.

Jus: Scott, tell me why Erinn deserves the one million dollars over you.

Scott: She was the leader of our alliance. She led the winning alliance in this game. Leaders of alliances deserve to win this game. She reminds me of Kim Spradlin from Survivor: One World. Very low key and under-the-radar, but she deserved to win, and face it, she dominated her season.

Jus: Erinn, tell me why Scott deserves the million dollars over you.

Erinn: He was the mastermind of some of the biggest moves of this game. Taking out Millie, taking out Eve, taking out Ausham, taking out Rose. All of those were brilliant eliminations. Some of those were blindsides. You could say he was the greatest gameplayer, and that is why he deserves it.

Jus: Thank you.

JB: Janelle, you may question the final 2.

Janelle: Erinn, I have one question for you, and if you can say no to this question, you will get my million dollar vote. Have you ever lied in this game?

Erinn: No. You could ask anyone here. I have not lied in this game. Ask Scott.

Janelle: Scott, has Erinn lied in this game.

Scott: I am going to be honest. Erinn has not been caught in a lie that I know of.

Janelle: Saying the truth in this game is a very difficult thing to do. I believe that you should be rewarded. Congratulations.

JB: Alexandra, you are up.

Alexandra: To answer your question Austin, I asked to be voted out that day. Erinn, you have taught me a very valuable lesson in life. You have taught me that telling the truth is always the best thing that you should do. I did not do that, and I paid for my wrongdoings. You told me that it was wrong, and it was. I don't care if this is Survivor, and they say that you HAVE to lie to win. Erinn is your prime example that contradicts that statement. Erinn, you deserve to win this game. My million dollar vote will go to you tonight.

Erinn: Thank you.

JB: Rose, finish us off.

Rose: I think both of you are great. Erinn, I thoroughly enjoyed our time that we spent on Exile Island. Scott, I thoroughly enjoyed our time that we spent in the game. I have no questions for the both of you. These questions, my heart and my mind are agreeing on this question that we face tonight. Who deserves to win this game the most? Good luck to you guys. I love you.

Scott: Love you Rose.

Erinn: Lovee you Mama Rosie!

JB: OK, after a revealing tribal council, it all comes down to this. It takes five votes to win. Jurors, write for the person you want to win this game and the title of Sole Survivor. It is time to vote, Joe, you are up.

*Everyone votes*

JB: I bet you wish that we would read the votes tonight. But, you will have to wait. You will have to wait until we reach Tokyo.

-TOKYO, Live Vote Reading-

you know, this experience was so fun! i just wrote and saw what happened. originally at the beginning of the episode, i was planning on Rose winning, but then I changes it several times to make a more compelling story. it is interesting where writing can take you :)
