a local Subway shop. I can sit here and say that Subway being one of the HEALTHIEST Fast Food chains is a complete joke and is FALSE FALSE FALSE.
For all of you people who are fat shamed into thinking Subway is Healthier for you than a cheeseburger and fry basket from any other Fast Food chain; you are better off sinking your teeth into that meaty burger!
There is really no difference in the calorie intake. And you are all being fooled with the overpriced subs sold by this franchise. So eat a burger or two! You can be lazy all you want! Eat all the burgers you want! But, keep in mind to actually get off your ass and exercise!

You're better off just cooking your own food period. I wouldn't say anyone is "better off" going to Wendys instead of Subway. You're eating fast food that will have a negative effect on your health either way. I've worked at Starbucks for a long ass time and while we don't necessarily market as healthy, most people would be shocked to know how many calories and especially sugar they're intaking with just one specialized latte, let alone a frapp (the base syrup we add to frapps is fucking disgusting btw).
Well they pile on veggies and give very little meat so I'm sure it's better than. A bunch if meat and cheese however the bread is really where all those calories come from.
Honey Mustard and sweet onion sauces are very low in calories anas
Also oven roasted chicken is low on calories and Hugh in protein.
This blog is WRONG, subway is really healthy of you order smart. It has always helped me achieve goals.
Caloric in take =/= healthy or not. That's ducking stupid! Calories are a measurement of energy. Yes subway is healthier then McDonald. 1000 calories from a sub with veggies is healtheir then 1000 calories from a burger with fake cheese and a large coke.
Fighterman - Those calories are specific for the the special subs such as "Cold Cut Combo" "Steak and cheese" "Italian B.M.T"
Those calories presented aren't including add-ons such as veggies and sauces. And yes, the sauces are HIGH in calories. I don't know where you are looking. But, Honey Mustard is extremely HIGH in calories. And the statement of "Fresh veggies" is the BIGGEST lie this franchise carries as it isn't even close to being fresh.

Sure, the food isn't bad at all! Never said it was! I ate subs from here on a daily basis. The blog here just states the false statements the Subway Franchise carries. honey mustard has 30 calories and regular mustard has 0 calories.
sweet onion sauce has 40 calories. The usual sauces like ranch, chipotle all have 100+ calories and are high in fat so obviously avoid those one. But u cant say all sauces are unhealthy lmao YoundAndReckless.
And they have a list of calories for individual items. I done my research on many fast foods when i was trying to find the healthiest one and i only found two places with extremely low calorie intake (if u order SMART). One of those places was subway.
