and my landlord says no dogs in the building, do you think it'll be easy for me to smuggle her in and out? Ive heard of some of my friends doing this but getting caught, I don't want to be another statistic.

Depends if you get one of those super annoying yippy dogs
It might be a bad idea Wak, you need to dedicate yourself to dogs, it might be better to get a goldfish instead. Dogs are too much trouble for someone that wants to still have a dynamic life.
