I guess I'll be taking my talents to south beach and joining my new firm.
Looks like I'm gonna have to have an extremely difficult discussion with my 2 bosses. Ugh :( I feel really guilty leaving but I guess this is what it takes to grow my career.
Don't feel bad leaving a company or client if you feel there is bigger opportunity elsewhere. Just thank them deeply and genuinely for all that you have learned, and keep in touch with the bosses from your past companies. :)
