I am going from host to server and I would like some advice.
What are things you guys like and dislike about servers?

- I like a upbeat personality. Someone who has a great personality and is easy to talk to but doesn't talk *too* much. I need a server who comes frequently to check if I need more water and anything else. I hate it when a waiter doesn't fill up my cup enough.

I just dislike waiters who ignore the customers.
