Horizon: Zero Dawn was one of my favorite games of 2017, which was an already STACKED year for games. When I heard a sequel was coming out, I pre-ordered Horizon: Forbidden West the first chance I got. It took HOURS to download everything on my PS4 because it's such a huge file (requires a second disc just for the download, LOL)
Horizon: Forbidden West is SO FUCKIN GOOD yall. I mean, of course it was going to be though, it's more of the same that I loved about HZD. I felt like a total badass taking down the robot dinos across the land and everything you do in there is just so much fun. Plus, I LOVE Aloy. She's a total badass and she's such a great protagonist. I love her to death and kinda wish she was added to Smash instead of some of the other DLC we got. This is kinda where the rankings get really hard, because I loved the hell outta this game and would absolutely recommend it (after HZD, of course) but I just enjoyed the other 9 more.
(I did not vote this as GOTY, just because there's one other game on there that I liked more. This would 100% deserve it if it won though)
