I think I'm gonna start doing 2 of these a day because, well, there's just a lot on this list, lmao. I had this in last for a little while but decided that a game that just isn't my thing at all is better than a game that's actively awful to play through, even if it is funny.
I saw a new game had come out and wanted to give the series a try, so I picked up Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & The Secret Hideout. Now, I'm not gonna sit here and bash this game like I did with the last place entry, because I can absolutely see the appeal here. This one kinda just gets chalked up as a big case of Not My Thing(tm).
I'm not really a fan of the combat, and the heavy focus on alchemy isn't something I'm all that into. I gave it a fair shake and it just didn't really hold my interest the whole way through. Totally get why someone would love this, it's a more wholesome experience than I expect from the RPG genre, I just... Idk. It didn't really do it for me ig.
