Can someone explain something to me? How is it that people get off on targeting someone and turning everyone against them for no reason, bullying them, turning THEM into the bully and making THEM look like the victims, and just being complete douches? Oh, and then they drag you along a few more votes, just to sadistically torture you even more, before allowing the clock to run all the way down to zero before the final person votes, just so they can rub it in and continue to hurt you, who never did anything wrong in the first place. Do people seriously think this is funny or strategic? It's nothing of the sort. It's just sadistic, classless, not funny, and awful behavior. Just because we're playing games on a website doesn't mean we have to lose our humanity and dignity. It's shameful what people will do for fake money and some crap called karma. It just seriously pisses me off to no end.
As you can tell, I'm still relatively new at this, but I still feel like sharing my thoughts when big things happen while I'm on here. I played my first two Fast Rookies (Frookies) on here. Didn't want to really waste my money, but I thought I could give it a try. I made jury both times. Got taken out by a dumbass frat power five in my first one and got 8th place, and I was lied to by my friend from the very start in the second one and got 5th place. Meh, not the best, but not what I was hoping for. Oh, and I didn't get a single Power Of Veto or Head Of Household in either. Seriously, what the hell am I doing wrong? It doesn't matter that I'm still somewhat new; I'm amazing with computer games! How all these idiots keep doing better than me is just baffling and makes no sense to me. What am I doing wrong? It's so intensely frustrating and disheartening.
So far on this site, all I've met are two things: liars and morons. The liars are those who just care about winning and never take into account the feelings of those they hurt along the way. The morons are those who use vulgarity at a premium, spam a bunch of crap just to cheat the system and get unjust rewards in the games, or PRETEND to be newbies when they really aren't. It's just so ugly here. How can anyone stand it? Seriously, why do we do it? Just for some fake money, some cheap colors, some stupid avatars with lame clothing, and the chance to "experience" some of our favorite reality shows in a rather pathetic way? Wow.
So, basically, I'm playing in a game with a someone who's supposed to be my best friend. And he has two friends too, right? Well, it's filled with inactives around the final 8, so by that point we're just nominating randomly, since it doesn't matter. My "best friend's" two moronic friends keep telling racist jokes that I don't find funny, so just for my own joke, I nominate the two of them once. They only get one point each, duh, since no one else is active, and nothing happens. It was just me sending a message to lay off the rude jokes.
But, eventually, my "best friend" turns on me and so do the other two, immediately flaring up and making it a crime that I dared to randomly throw two votes at them. And then they did everything in their power to get me out, even insulting me along the way to say just how wrong I was and just how right they were to "joke around" and pass the time. Seriously? It's playing with people like that which really hurts. Because they're morons, and they take games WAY too seriously. Those types are not fun to play with at all. I'm sure anyone who is reading this knows what I mean. Playing with just straight-out gamers is like them taking the fun out of playing a game that's supposed to be fun. It'd just disgusting. People like that need to grow up, get the sticks out of their asses, and stop playing with such a hardened ego that they think they can just act like douches and they can't take a silly joke in return.
Easy to say, I no longer have any "best friend" on here, and it's back to the drawing board. Ho hum. Should've seen that coming a mile away. A "friend" is only a "friend" until they don't need you anymore. A lesson learned, again.
I guess it's just the name of the game, but I just experienced my first real game that I got lied to and backstabbed. By stupid people, no less. It's like they couldn't understand what was right in front of them. They decided to take someone with four POVs to the end over me, who only had two. Oh, and the first person just kept talking and talking the entire time, so it's clear they would've won. Plus, I was trying to be loyal to the other people I was with. Well, it didn't work.
Not only are people liars, cheaters and backstabbers on here, but they're idiots as well. It seriously hurts when you get the unjust knife in your back. But, I guess it's a life lesson from a silly site learned. I'll get over it, but just wanted to post this and share my thoughts, since it just seriously made me irate and how stupid some people can be. I'll bounce back. I've been bullied and hurt ever since being born, and I'll come back strong from this. But, if you're reading this, I just hope this doesn't happen to you. At least not that much, since it's unavoidable. Good luck.
