I have used Random.org to select the HOH and the POV holder. I will announce the HOH at the beginning of each episode and MAIL the POV winner in private. Once I have released the episode, the HOH will have to make their decision within 24 hours of the release, the POV will make their decision within 24 hours of those noms (since people are all over the world).
