I am pretty sure 4 years ago I emailed Randomize and he told me he loved the idea (not sure if it's the unfinished game he been working on).

Version 1.0 – 10 player game
Version 2.0 – Fast Rookies
Version 3.0 – 13 player game of version 1.0
We need a version of Big Brother! Fast rookies are the closest version of the TV show, but not exactly…….. The game does not finish in 2 hours. I have thought of a new version of rookies when Randomize ever has the chance of developing (not anytime soon so do not waste your time commenting he is not here or will never work).
Basic Information:
This is your first time playing Rookies? If you know Big Brother! You know the rules! (Vote, Nominate, and Evict). Once you and 12 other house guest enters the Rookie game. The game will finally start!
Health:
First of all, you cannot die in rookies so do not worry so much! Every houseguest enters the game starting at 75% health. Why do we need health in rookies? Well, the algorithm determines how much energy each houseguest has based on laziness, strength they used in the competitions, social interaction, and when they eat. Your health can lower rapidly depending how lazy (inactive) you are. This can Result in a low time for your competitions. Your health (energy) gives you bonus time to compete and getting better scores. There are numerous ways to increase and decrease your energy!
Positive votes: Just like in casting, your health increases when the other contestants plus your comments. Your health increases hourly depending how active you. To be sure, your energy rises at least 1% each hour when you are actively socializing. To make this element more realistic, Positive votes from your comments gives you extra motivation and to help you do better in the competitions.
Negative Votes: Voting negative votes to the other houseguest will not benefit you in rookies. If you are the only one voting negative in the comments, your health will remain content for that active period of time. However, if multiple houseguest dislike certain comments that person’s energy will lower (In real life when you get depressed or people are not encouraging enough, you will not do well in challenges).
Kitchen (or plate poll) : Just like in the Big brother house, the houseguest have to eat right? Every 6 hours a new poll with 8 plates will appear in the side of the message area. 20% will be nice juicy turkey and can increase your health by 10%. On the other hand, 80% will have rotten or burnt turkey and will decrease your health by 5%. To avoid consuming a bad meal, try to interact with others to find the healthy meal. (Not everyone is great at cooking trust me).
Competitions:
Head of Household competitions will be held during Day 2,5,8,11,14,17,20,23,26,29. Each competition is requiring 6 energy points. All scores are anonymous to make the game more intense. In addition, the winner will not be eligible to compete in the next Head of Household competition. Be caution at the time you need that power.
Power of Veto competitions will be held during Day 3,6,9,12,15,18,21,24,27,30. Once the nominations have been made by the HOH, Algo will determine 6 houseguest to compete in the POV competition. 2 of the will be the nominees, the head of household, and 3 random houseguests. Of course, requiring 6 energy points to play the competition.
Game schedule:
HOH competition will last about 12 hours. No matter if everyone finishes or not.
Nominations are a maximum of 6 hours and can proceed to the POV competitions right afterwards.
POV competition is about 6 hours and once every finishes and can go to the VETO ceremony.
Renom is only limited to 3 hours or a random renom will be decided.
Eviction will last about 12 hours. No matter if everyone voted.
Each week is about 22 to 39 hours.
Day 1: No competitions today. (perfect day to form alliances and make new friends).
Day 2: HOH competition
Day 3: Nomination & POV competition
Day 4: Veto ceremony, Eviction, & 10 voters
Day 5: HOH
Day 6: NOM & POV
Day 7: VETO & 9 voters
Day 8: HOH
Day 9: NOM & POV
Day 10: VETO & 8 voters
Day 11: HOH
Day 12: NOM & POV
Day 13: VET0 & 7 voters
Day 14: HOH
Day 15: NOM & POV

During the first week (about 22 to 39 hours) you may gamble your T$ and play “Guess the Final 5”. Depending on your color level, you may bet from minimum of 1T$ to 30T$ maximum. (Since this game will be difficult and anything is possible profit will increase slightly).

5th – win your T$ back + 10% profit
4th – T$ betted + 25% profit

Tips:
-Hourly try to be a little bit active. You will get bonus time for the competitions!
-Try to convince your friends to guess what plate to eat from. Better them get sick than you.
-Premades are a group of people that are in alliances before the game even started. This can be a huge threat to you in you do not know anyone. Be careful and maybe start your premade in future games. Not just rookies.
- Alliances! This is an important element in Big Brother! Make friends and get people to trust you. Beware of betrayal and backstabbing.
-If a houseguest is very good at competitions, do not worry! If they won the previous HOH. They cannot play the certain one. But if you nominate them, they might win Veto and use them on themselves.
-You got nominated? You will be allowed to compete in Power of Veto.
-Final 9 is jury point, I recommend you do not get anyone pissed off or bring a jury that hates you. You might not win final 2.
