Randomize is still the administration! I know very fun the basic of a site membership status in all websites, blogs, and even forums.
Administration - Usually the owner/founder will complete control of the design and code of the site. Sometimes the owner appoints another admin to have more control but limited to design and coding to develop. These lower admins cannot delete the site or do something without ownership to the site.
Moderation - one or a team of people that moderate user activity and content to follow the terms of service, specific guidelines, and to just enforce a law or set of rules.
Users - basic membership all everyone even admin/mod that earns while signing up and is not banned.
The new admin cannot claim they are actual admins because of an admin should have tools to have their posts to never be deleted (I know Randomize had his blogs removed by users with mod points, but something he should invest. It took him 9 years for him to add some emojis to the site so that will never happen and should have been a basic foundation admin and mod feature). They have to post blogs on a group game which is unprofessional and really loses their credible. Yes, Tengaged.es has a group where they included rules to keep these organized but they could post blogs and were a yellow/black level so they had more basic user rights.
what I am trying to say is Admin I am not shaming you this is a Randomize issue and you are clearly just a new moderation that has limited options to ban users and sucky communication tools. Saying you are a new administration is like saying sheriff police officers in America are the new administration, but they have no rights to make laws, have no rights to make intense changes to laws, but they only have the rights on a local city even though they are enforcing a large county. The analogy might seem wrong but you should get the point. Randomize I know you since 2011, and you are extremely disorganized, always abandoning without reason, and so on. You are an owner and you made a profit from your users. You could have some sort of empathy and fix something with compassion. You basically gave your clueless brother you never spoke to in charge of your business but didn't give him a key to operate it.
That is just how I feel. I hope Admin is something we can hope for but I want to express a difference with an admin and a mod. @Randomzie is still the admin and she needs to fix the issues with the Admin account.
