I know why firetrucks are red. I have known this secret for many years, but society has covered it up. Allow me to explain....
You see, one plus one is two. Two squared is four. Four times three is twelve. Twelve inches is a foot, and a foot is the length of a standard ruler. Queen Elizabeth happened to be a ruler. Queen Elizabeth was also the name of a ship. A ship sails in the sea and fish swim in said sea. Fish have fins. The Russians fought the Fins. The Russians were red, and therefore, since firetrucks are Russian, they must be red! It's perfectly logical. Think about it: have you ever seen a firetruck that you *knew* couldn't be Russian? Ever seen a Scottish, a French or a Zimbabwean firetruck? I haven't. All the firetrucks that I know are Russian. Therefore, they are red firetrucks.
See? That was rather painless. Expect other posts to be either more or less insane than that one - I can go either way!
