So… now is usually the time where I would reveal the final two’s answers to jury questions. However, most of the jury questioning occurred on Discord.

We do, however, have 2 jury questions that were asked in text. They were both for Josh.

Shaney asked…

“What was one big move you made alone? I didn’t even know you were in the game half the time.”

Josh answered:

“My biggest move that I made alone was definitely voting out Jay. While I love and respect Jay, he was also a very strong social player which I knew would be harder to go against in the F2. My gameplay this season largely involved building relationships and using my interpersonal-influence to encourage them do things and act the way I wanted them to act (EX: Getting Abel, Jay, and Saturn to all use their POVs on me). But voting out Jay was something I did 100% by and for myself. It was absolutely the hardest thing I had to do this season, but I believe it was crucial for me to have any chance at winning this game. In regards to your comment about not knowing I was in the game half the time, you honestly didn't have to. I was intentionally working with the strongest and best players this season while laying low in order to not draw a massive target on my back. Being vulnerable after Week 1 (let alone being the first returnee to lose my warrior power) instantly gave me a large target, whether or not I was super active or winning competitions. I made connections with the people I needed to in order to try and encourage them to make the decisions I would have made if I was the person in power, which allowed me to lay low and continue to hide the decisions I was making behind these other people. I continued this style of gameplay until the F4 in which I finally won my first competition to ensure my way to the final HOH. From there, I just had to make it to the end. Obviously I wanted to win the Final HOH, but I had assurance from both other members of the F3 that they would have taken me if I hadn't won myself. While this could have been for a variety of reasons, I knew that I wanted to make a final game move that would hopefully allow me to individualize my gameplay and begin to highlight the strategy that I had been implementing this entire season. Choosing to evict Jay allowed me to highlight my gameplay which is quite different from Saturn's which I believe gives me a better chance than petitioning alongside Jay who also played a very social dominant game.”

Jay then asked Josh…

“Other than voting me out what was your biggest move?”

Josh answered:

“I think that my biggest moves in this game came from my relationships with others and how I was able to utilize their strengths to further myself in the game. I never once won a POV competition, but I was saved with 3 POVs and never faced an eviction vote once. I'm the only person in this game that can say that. If I had to highlight a particular moment, I think winning my F4 HOH was my biggest move and solidified my way to the finale. While I had every member of the F4 assuring my spot in the F3 (alongside two wanting me in the F2 with them), I managed to win that competition and begin building my physical game resume. Another moment that definitely paved my way here was relationship management between our later alliance with Saturn, Abel, you, and I. When we got on call and started arguing with one another, I feel like I did a good job of attempting to calm everyone down and try to make everyone feel heard and understood. Respectfully, that group was full of incompatible personalities and I think had we not called and I had the chance to mediate the game decisions and choices made the past several weeks, we would have had a completely different group of finalists. While my physical resumé isn't quite as impressive as Saturn's, I believe that my personal relationships with other members of the cast and the multiple alliances I was in allowed me to make it this far without having to necessarily win every competition. Several of the biggest moves made in this game were made on my behalf, such as you convincing Abel to use the DPOV on me before the eviction vote during Week 10. My biggest moves in this game aren't going to be reflected on a chart or by comp wins and votes, but rather by the impact that my relationships had with others and the moves and decisions that were made in my benefit because of those bonds. I consider every relationship I've gained from this season as genuine, but I also think it's important to recognize that I always had the biggest and strongest players winning and making decisions that were the best moves for my own game. I hope this answers your question!”

That basically concludes Jury Questioning (but Josh and Saturn are still answering questions on discord if you have any more you’d like to ask them).

Before we officially begin voting, the final 2 are preparing one last speech to sway your votes. Those will be coming soon.
