It's been 3 years since I returned to tengaged, and I feel the need to come clean about something secret that I've known about myself for a while. There's just no easy way to say this, and I hope that you all can accept me for who I really am.

I am Brazilian.
Ever since I was a little girl, I knew I was different. While the other girls played with dolls, I had always dreamed of marching in Carnival or performing Capoeira. I just never quite fit in with the other, American kids. Now that I know who I truly am, I am learning Portuguese to connect with my new identity. I might have been born in Pennsylvania, but my soul is from Sao Paolo. If you are a real ally to Brazilians, you will save me in stars, or else you are Transxenophobic and God will smite you. #RCTA#BrazilRightNow#TransNever
