Very disappointed in the returnees with the exception of David tbh
Aubrey - I LOVE AUBRY but I’m tired of seeing players over and over again. This is Aubrey’s 3rd time Playing in 3 years! So she’s basically played survivor every year since Koh Rong. Let’s face it she literally played the same exact game both times, we just didn’t see her play it in GC. I think she’s awesome but I doubt we’re gonna get anything new. :/
Joe - Another person who played the same game both times and will probably suffer the same exact fate he did in his previous outings. It’s not Joes fault, but there’s just no way any modern survivor player will let him win. There’s just no chance at him winning unless he wins every immunity challenge. What’s the point of bringing someone back if they don’t have a shot? He’s also just been on it way too much recently and we need a break! Bring him back in a couple years when he’s older and can bring something new to the table.
Kelly - Not super mad because you could argue that although she’s played twice recently her first go around “doesn’t really count”. She’s able to mask her game bot tendencies with funny confessionals and a personality so I’m excited to see her. What I’m most mad about is that we should be saving Wenworth for an ALL STARS season. The “captains” twist was a Justifiable excuse for the show to bring back some lesser known, iconic one time players that wouldn’t be justified for an all stars season (*cough* game changers *cough*) yet they wasted it on big guns such as Kelly.
David- not a David fan but accept him as a returnee because HES ONLY PLAYED ONCE and because of his character arch in MvG, might actually bring something new to the table.
Sorry if I’m just spitting out incoherent thoughts. I was so excited for these for retuning players and when I saw who it was I just got so annoyed. These were the first things that came to my mind while on the train.
I think she makes the merge because her and Jason are super close on social media. Jaso's daughter loves Julia and his wife tweets Julia as well. Although they could have become friends post game, considering the gap in age/distance between/type of people they are, it would seem unlikely that they got close without an already established relationship on the island.
Each season there is a very bad tribe
That tribe looses immunities 1, 2, and 4
There's always a person on that bad tribe that holds on for dear life at the first 2 tribals (J'Tia and Alecia) and that person ends up going home at the fourth tribal council
so Alecia is the new J'Tia.
The third third tribal always starts with a 2-2-2 tie as well
