no they are just stat trackers that cost money, they are separate from the champions

the only ones worth buying are the ones that you can buy with blue essence and just buy the bundle that gives u them all. and it’s only worth if you have extra blue essence to spend

series 1 is the paid only and gives u unique stat tracking based on the champs abilities and starter series is the one u can buy with BE that only tracks takedowns and objectives taken per champion
