my advice is stop overthinking it. Make some bullet points, flesh out what needs to be said, and submit it.

They want to see which people are able to articulate their words so well that they can fully answer the prompts in the most concise way possible

I know, it sucks, because I always want to write a lot too, but there's more skill in being ablt to answer an entire prompt in 600 words and be extremely concise than there is answering the same prompt in 3 pages
